2. Confirmation email will be sent once your order form has been received. This is to ensure your email address is correct so payment info and updates can be sent in the future.

3. This form will close on Thursday 25th September at 23:59, an email with the FIRST PAYMENT (final price of calendar + EMS from fansite to me) will be sent. I will also include my Paypal or Bank account details depending on which method of payment you choose.

The deadline for this payment will be Sunday 28th September @ 18:00 BST.
